To charge the , follow these steps:
1. Connect the micro-USB end of the supplied cable to the micro-USB "DC 5V IN" charge input on the right side of the radio.
2. Connect the other USB end of the cable to a power source, such as a computer USB port or a USB power adapter (not included).
3. The radio will start charging and a small red charge indication light will appear above the charge input.
4. Charging time could take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge the battery.
5. Charging will automatically stop when the radio is fully charged.
Note: Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the radio for best performance.
