To use the cutter tray with the Intermec PC Series and PD Series printers, please follow these instructions:
1. Ensure that you have the cutter accessory specifically designed for the PC Series and PD Series printers. The cutter tray is only compatible with this accessory.
2. Place the cutter tray on a flat and stable surface near the printer.
3. Open the printer cover and locate the cutter slot on the front of the printer.
4. Align the cutter tray with the cutter slot and gently slide it into place. Make sure it is securely inserted.
5. Once the cutter tray is properly installed, you can load the media into the printer as usual.
6. When printing, the cutter accessory will automatically cut the media after each print job. The cut pieces will be collected in the cutter tray.
7. To remove the cut pieces, simply slide out the cutter tray from the printer and empty it.
8. If you no longer wish to use the cutter accessory, gently slide the cutter tray out of the cutter slot and remove it from the printer.
