The Chef Function on the FULGOR MILANO FCLH 9008 INDUCTION HOB 90 allows you to utilize all 8 cooking areas simultaneously for extra-large pots or pans. To use the Chef Function, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the hob is connected to a power source and turned on.
2. Place your extra-large pot or pan on the desired cooking area.
3. Press the "Chef Function" button on the hob's control panel.
4. Use the slider touch controls to adjust the desired cooking temperature for each cooking area. The central Wave-Touch display will show the selected temperature for each area.
5. The hob will automatically distribute power to each cooking area based on the selected temperatures.
6. Monitor your cooking progress and adjust the temperatures as needed using the slider touch controls.
7. Once you have finished cooking, press the "Chef Function" button again to turn off the Chef Function and individual cooking areas.
