To install the FULGOR MILANO FDDH 900 TRC BK Downdraft Floor Hood, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation location meets the required dimensions: Width: 900mm, Height: 300mm, Depth: 79mm.
2. Place the downdraft hood in the desired location on your countertop or flush top.
3. Connect the hood to the power supply using the provided power cord. The power cord length is 2 meters.
4. Install the grease filters by inserting them into the designated slots inside the hood. The grease filters are made of aluminum and are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
5. Connect the ducting to the hood's air outlet. The minimum duct diameter required is Ø150mm. If using a rectangular duct, the dimensions should be 220mm x 90mm (or 230mm x 80mm).
6. Install the non-return flap to ensure proper ventilation. This flap prevents outside air from entering when the hood is not in use. The non-return flap is included with the hood.
7. Once the installation is complete, you can control the hood using the touch controls located on the front panel. You can also use the included remote control for convenience.
