To install the REINA 4-300 4 Column Colona Horizontal Radiator, please follow the steps below:
1. Choose the location: Select a suitable location for the radiator, keeping in mind that it should be near the central heating system and have enough space for proper air circulation.
2. Prepare the wall: Ensure that the wall is strong enough to support the weight of the radiator. If needed, reinforce the wall or consult a professional for assistance.
3. Mounting brackets: Attach the mounting brackets to the wall at the desired height, ensuring they are level and securely fixed.
4. Connect the valves: Connect the valves to the radiator using the 1/2" female pipe thread. Ensure they are tightened properly to prevent any leaks.
5. Hang the radiator: Lift the radiator onto the mounting brackets, making sure it is securely in place.
6. Bleed the radiator: Open the bleed valve located at the top of the radiator to release any trapped air. Once water starts flowing, close the valve.
7. Connect to the central heating system: Connect the radiator to the central heating system using the appropriate pipes and fittings. It is recommended to consult a professional for this step if you are not familiar with plumbing.
8. Test the radiator: Once the installation is complete, turn on the central heating system and check for any leaks or issues. Adjust the valves to control the heat output as desired.
