To install the Parrot Uncle F6339110V Ceiling Fan, please follow these steps:
1. Before beginning, turn off the electricity at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Ensure that the outlet box and support structure are securely mounted and capable of supporting the weight of the fan.
3. Mount the fan with a minimum of 7 ft. clearance from the trailing edge of the blades to the floor.
4. Do not operate the reversing switch while the fan blades are in motion. Stop the blades before reversing the blade direction.
5. Avoid placing objects in the path of the blades.
6. Be cautious when working around or cleaning the fan to avoid personal injury or damage.
7. Use only UL-listed light kits and switches suitable for use with the model fan you are installing.
8. After making electrical connections, ensure that spliced conductors are turned upward and pushed carefully up into the outlet box.
9. Check and retighten all set screws before installation.
10. Do not bend the blade brackets during assembly or after installation.
11. Remove the rubber motor stops on the bottom of the fan before installing the blades or testing the motor.
12. Do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock.
13. If you are not experienced with electrical wiring, it is recommended to contact a licensed electrician.
14. Ensure that the outlet box is marked "Acceptable for fan support of 35 lbs. or less" and use the screws provided with the outlet box for mounting.
