To measure AC/DC current using the MGL MS2125A AC/DC Clamp Meter, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the clamp meter is properly calibrated and the batteries are charged.
2. Set the function switch to the appropriate current measurement mode (AC or DC).
3. Open the clamp and position it around the conductor carrying the current you want to measure. Make sure the conductor is fully enclosed by the clamp.
4. Close the clamp securely, ensuring that it is properly aligned with the conductor.
5. Read the current measurement value displayed on the LCD screen. The unit of measurement will be displayed alongside the value (e.g., A for amperes).
Note: The MGL MS2125A AC/DC Clamp Meter is capable of measuring current up to certain limits. Make sure the current being measured falls within the specified range to avoid damaging the meter or obtaining inaccurate readings.
