To set up your Yealink T43U SIP phone, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the phone and locate all the components mentioned in the user guide, including the phone stand, handset cord, Ethernet cable, quick start guide, mains power adapter (optional), wall mount bracket (optional), and the Yealink T43U IP phone and handset.
2. Once unpacked, turn the phone upside down to access the ports. Insert the phone stand into one of the slots, depending on the desired angle.
3. Connect the handset and optional headset to the phone.
4. Connect a USB flash drive if desired.
5. Choose the appropriate power and network connection option. You can use either normal AC power or Power over Ethernet (PoE). Your system administrator will inform you which one to use.
6. Once the phone is connected to the network, it will update its firmware. This process may take some time, so please be patient.
7. After the firmware update is complete, the phone will display the Cloud Voice symbol, indicating that it is ready to be set up on the Cloud Voice service.
