If you are an Android user, it is possible that the playback channel of your mobile phone is not turned on. To fix this, turn on your phone's Bluetooth function and click the icon on the right side of the connected earphones to enable the "media channel and call channel." If you are an iPhone user, check your phone's "Settings" interface to see if there is a maximum volume limit set. Additionally, the volume of the receiver may not be synchronized with the volume of the phone audio due to different operating systems. In this case, manually increase the volume on your mobile phone, the receiver, and the car audio separately.
