To connect the work return lead for MMA welding using the Parweld XTS 163 MMA Inverter Welding Machine, follow these steps:
1. Locate the negative (-) terminal on the machine. This is where the work return lead will be connected.
2. Connect one end of the work return lead to the negative (-) terminal on the machine.
3. Ensure that the work return lead is securely connected to the negative (-) terminal to establish a good electrical connection.
4. Connect the other end of the work return lead to the workpiece or worktable that you will be welding on. Make sure that there is good metal-to-metal contact between the work return lead and the workpiece.
5. Insulate the work clamp when it is not connected to the workpiece to prevent contact with any metal object.
