To set the temperature and timer on the MediCrystal Infrared Heating Amethyst Mat, follow these steps:
1. Power on the controller by pressing the Power ON/OFF Toggle Button. The power indicator will light up.
2. Use the Timer Control Toggle Button to select the desired heating session duration. The options are 1H, 4H, 8H, or 0H (for generating ions without heating).
3. The Temperature and Timer Display will switch to Temperature Mode when you rotate the Temperature Dial. The display will show the current temperature in Celsius (30-70°C) and flash to the set temperature, then back again.
4. Use the Adjust Temperature Dial to increase or decrease the heat. The dial range is marked, indicating the desired temperature in °F. The temperatures on the display reflect the condition of the inner heating elements, not the mat's surface.
5. If you need to turn off the automatic control heat safety system, press and hold the Timer Control Button for 5 seconds until the display shows S-. To reactivate the auto-protection feature, press and hold the Timer Control Button again for 5 seconds until the display shows SA.
6. The HEATING Operation Indicator will be on when the mat is heating and off when the set temperature is reached.
