To set the combination for the LOCK ER DOWN LD2005EX Console Safe, follow these steps:
1. Open the safe door.
2. Locate the combination dial or keypad on the inside of the safe door.
3. If using a combination dial, turn the dial clockwise at least four complete revolutions to clear any previous combination.
4. Set the combination by turning the dial or entering the desired numbers on the keypad.
5. Test the combination by turning the dial or pressing the keypad buttons to the new combination and then turning the handle or pressing the "Open" button to open the safe.
6. If the combination works, close the safe door and lock it using the combination.
7. If the combination does not work, repeat steps 3-6 until the desired combination is set and tested successfully.
Note: It is recommended to set the combination with the door open to avoid locking yourself out. Make sure to remember the combination or keep it in a secure place.
