To set the water hardness level on the NEFF S975HKX20G dishwasher, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Setup" button on the dishwasher for approximately 3 seconds to open the basic settings.
2. The display will show "HXx" and then "set".
3. Press the "Start" button repeatedly until the desired water hardness level is displayed. Refer to the table in the instruction manual to determine the appropriate setting based on your water hardness range.
