To change the cutting blade on the SEALEY SM180B.V2 Ø180mm Cut-Off Machine, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the machine is unplugged from the power supply before attempting to change the cutting blade.
2. Lift the arm into the up position.
3. Loosen the two hex screws to allow the blade access cover to be moved to the right and removed.
4. Pull the blade catch down and to the right and turn the blade using a 6mm hex key until the catch engages and prevents the blade from turning.
5. Keep the blade catch engaged and undo the blade hex xxxx anticlockwise.
6. Push back the blade guard and undo the hex xxxx to remove the blade, taking care to note the orientation and position of the flanges and washers.
7. Fit the new blade, ensuring that it is correctly oriented and positioned. Assembly is the reverse of the above instructions.
8. Take care not to overtighten the blade hex xxxx .
