To set the combination for the LOCKER DOWN LD1043EX Exxtreme Console Safe, follow these steps:
1. Open the safe door.
2. Locate the combination dial on the front of the safe.
3. Turn the dial clockwise (to the right) three times to clear any previous combination.
4. Set the combination by turning the dial to the desired numbers. Make sure to remember the combination.
5. Test the combination by turning the dial clockwise to the last number of the combination, then turn it counterclockwise (to the left) to the first number, and finally turn it clockwise again to the second number. The safe should open if the combination is correct.
6. If the safe opens, close the door and lock it by turning the dial clockwise at least three full rotations.
7. The combination is now set, and you can install the safe into your center console following the installation instructions provided in the manual.
Please note that it is recommended to set the combination with the door open to avoid locking yourself out.
