To turn on Silly Sausage Active, locate the power switch at the back of the unit and turn it on. Once the unit is powered on, you can select a game mode by following these steps:
1. For the "TRAINING" game mode: Press the POKE button once to select the "TRAINING" game mode.
2. For the "SPRINT (30 SECONDS)" game mode: Press the POKE button twice to select the "SPRINT (30 SECONDS)" game mode.
3. For the "SPRINT (60 SECONDS)" game mode: Press the POKE button twice to select the "SPRINT (60 SECONDS)" game mode.
4. For the "RELAY" game mode: Press the POKE button four times to select the "RELAY" game mode.
5. For the "RELAY TURBO" game mode: Press the POKE button five times to select the "RELAY TURBO" game mode.
After selecting the desired game mode, press the DIP button to start the game. The instructions for each game mode will be provided on the display screen of Silly Sausage Active.
