To install the RB Components 61999-75-01-200 Upper Cabinet-L-Track Wall Bracing in your Sprinter 170 van, please follow the steps below:
1. Start by identifying each of the wall braces by laying them out in the van before installation.
2. Once you have identified the individual braces, align them properly. Each brace has a cutout for clearance on a small bump out in the frame's interior. Align the driver and passenger side braces to align with these cutouts.
3. Once aligned, hold the brace up to the top and side support structure of the van.
4. Using a #11 drill bit, drill through the holes in the brace and rivet them into place. Use the provided pack of 3/16" rivets for this step.
5. Please note that the installation instructions provided in the manual may reference a 170 EXT model. In the 170 models, the rear brace used is #61999-75-01-11 (smaller size than shown in 170 EXT Model) in place of #61999-75-01-09. Similarly, the rear brace used in the 170 models is #61999-75-01-1 (smaller size than shown in 170 EXT Model) in place of #61999-75-01-06.
6. Once you have completed the installation, the upper cabinet-L-track wall bracing is now securely in place.
