To load paper into the swift STR870E POS thermal receipt printer, follow these steps:
1. Open the cover of the printer.
2. Raise the door opener to open the cover fully.
3. Insert the paper shaft through the paper roll core (if there is a paper shaft).
4. Pull out a portion of the paper and place the paper roll into the paper shaft card slot inside the paper bin.
5. Make sure the paper is aligned parallel to the paper exit direction of the movement.
6. Close the upper shell tightly with a little force.
7. Ensure that the printing side of the paper faces the machine head.
Caution: Do not use your hand to move the paper forward or backward, and keep the print head clean to avoid affecting the printing quality.
