To clean the Dimplex ETM20-AU Eltham and Atlantic Mantel 2kW Electric Fireplace, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the unit and disconnect it from the power supply.
2. Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the surfaces of the heater. Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaning powder, or furniture polish as they can damage the surface.
3. Clean the glass door carefully with a chamois leather. Do not use proprietary cleaners.
4. To remove dust or fluff from the outlet grille of the fan heater located under the stove's main body, use the soft brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner.
5. If needed, remove the ash/crystal from the fuel effect and wash it in warm water. Wipe the plastic tray clean with a damp cloth. Make sure everything is completely dry before reassembling.
