To adjust the height of the Tala FL Series Poise Adjustable Floor Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Loosen the central clutch by turning the handle anti-clockwise.
2. Gently slide the top half of the pole up or down until it reaches your desired height.
3. Once the desired height is reached, turn the clutch clockwise to tighten it in place.
