To connect the SmartGen BAC2410BST Battery Charger to your 24V battery pack, follow these steps:
1. Connect the AC terminals (L and N) of the charger to an AC voltage source (100~240V) using a multi-strand copper wire with a minimum size of BVR 1.5mm2.
2. Connect the PE (GND) terminal of the charger to the shell. This connection is already made internally.
3. Select the charging mode by either short-circuiting the BOOST and B- terminals for three-stage charging or leaving the BOOST terminal unconnected for two-stage charging.
4. Connect the battery negative terminal to the B- terminal of the charger using a multi-strand copper wire with a minimum size of BVR 2.5mm2.
5. Connect the battery positive terminal to the B+ terminal of the charger using a multi-strand copper wire with a minimum size of BVR 2.5mm2.
6. The charger has two LED indicators. The green LED indicates that the battery is fully charged, and the red LED indicates that the battery is being charged.
