To assemble the TROY-BILT TB-3048SS 12 Cu Ft Steel Swivel Dump Cart, please follow the steps outlined in the user guide:
1. Lay out all the parts and hardware included in the box.
2. Attach the two side panels to the front panel using the provided bolts and nuts. Make sure the holes align properly before tightening.
3. Attach the rear panel to the side panels using the provided bolts and nuts. Again, ensure proper alignment before tightening.
4. Attach the axle brackets to the bottom of the cart using the provided bolts and nuts. Make sure they are centered and aligned with the holes in the side panels.
5. Slide the axle through the axle brackets and secure it with the provided cotter pins.
6. Attach the wheels to the axle using the provided washers and cotter pins. Make sure the wheels are facing the correct direction.
7. Attach the handle to the front panel using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure it is securely tightened.
8. Attach the dump lever to the rear panel using the provided bolts and nuts. Make sure it moves freely and locks into place when needed.
9. Check all the bolts and nuts to ensure they are tightened properly.
10. Your TROY-BILT TB-3048SS 12 Cu Ft Steel Swivel Dump Cart is now assembled and ready for use.
