To replace the punch and die on the SEALEY SA36.V2 Air Punch Flange Tool, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the tool from the air supply and ensure it is not pressurized.
2. Remove the screws on the cover plate located on the tool.
3. Slacken the set xxxx and strike the rear edge of the clamp with a soft-headed hammer to unscrew it from the shaft of the hydraulic piston.
4. If necessary, lock the shaft by removing the oil plug and inserting a suitable rod into a hole in the shaft.
5. Fully unscrew the clamp and anvil assembly from the shaft.
6. Separate the anvil and the clamp to replace the punch and/or die. The die is a push fit in the clamp and can be tapped out via the waste bore. Push or tap in the replacement die.
7. Reassemble the anvil, clamp, and the replacement punch onto the shaft. Tap with a soft-headed hammer to ensure tightness and lock with the set xxxx .
8. Refit the cover plate and secure it with the screws.
