To set the cooking method and temperature on the Convotherm C4 eD 12.20 GS Combi Oven, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the oven by pressing the power button.
2. Use the easyDial control panel to select the desired cooking method. The available cooking methods are steam, combi-steam, and convection.
3. Once you have selected the cooking method, use the easyDial control panel to set the desired temperature. The temperature range for each cooking method is as follows:
- Steam: 30-130°C
- Combi-steam: 30-250°C
- Convection: 30-250°C
4. After setting the temperature, the oven will start preheating. The current temperature will be displayed on the digital display.
5. Once the oven has reached the set temperature, you can place your food inside and start the cooking process.
