The Convotherm C4 eT 12.20 EB Combi Oven comes with the Convoclean+ fully automatic cleaning system. Here is how you can clean the oven:
1. Press the "Cleaning" button on the control panel.
2. Select the desired cleaning mode: eco, regular, or express.
3. The oven will start the cleaning process automatically.
4. During the cleaning process, the oven will display the remaining cleaning time.
5. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will automatically switch to standby mode.
6. After the cleaning cycle, you can open the oven door and wipe the interior with a damp cloth if necessary.
