To clean the Convotherm C4 eT 6.20 EB Combi Oven, you can use the Convoclean+ fully automatic cleaning system. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use it:
1. Make sure the oven is cool and turned off before starting the cleaning process.
2. Open the oven door and remove any racks or accessories.
3. Fill the cleaning agent container with the appropriate cleaning solution according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Close the cleaning agent container and place it back into its position.
5. Close the oven door.
6. On the control panel, press the "Cleaning" button.
7. Select the desired cleaning mode (eco, regular, or express) using the touch display.
8. Press the "Start" button to begin the cleaning process.
9. The oven will automatically start the cleaning cycle, which includes pre-rinsing, cleaning, and rinsing.
10. During the cleaning cycle, the oven will display the progress on the control panel.
11. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will automatically drain the cleaning solution.
12. Open the oven door and remove the cleaning agent container.
13. Rinse the container thoroughly with water and empty any remaining cleaning solution.
14. Refill the container with clean water and place it back into its position.
15. Close the oven door.
16. Press the "Rinse" button on the control panel.
17. Select the desired rinsing mode using the touch display.
18. Press the "Start" button to begin the rinsing process.
19. The oven will automatically start the rinsing cycle.
20. Once the rinsing cycle is complete, the oven will drain the water.
21. Open the oven door and remove the rinsing water container.
22. Empty any remaining water and clean the container.
23. Place the container back into its position.
24. Close the oven door.
