To pair the TX and RX for the KMV YZF088 Wireless HDMI Extender, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both the TX and RX are powered on.
2. Switch both the TX and RX to the desired mode (SP or SW mode) using the MODE button.
3. Connect the TX to your HDMI output device (e.g., laptop) using an HDMI cable.
4. Connect the RX to your HDMI input device (e.g., TV) using an HDMI cable.
5. If using the SP mode (connecting a single TX to multiple RXs):
- Make sure that the TX and RX have already been paired successfully.
- Wait for 3-5 seconds after the TX is connected to the device and there is an HDMI signal. The TX will automatically transmit the HDMI signal to all RX devices that are paired with it.
- Up to 9 RXs can be connected simultaneously.
6. If using the SW mode (connecting multiple TXs to a single RX):
- Make sure that the RX and TX are successfully paired with each other.
- Set the channel of each TX by pressing the ID button on the TX. The number of channels is displayed using the lights 1, 2, 4, 8 in a 4-digit binary representation.
- After setting the channel of the TX, adjust the channel ID on the RX to display which TX you want to connect to. The selected TX will automatically transmit its signal to the RX.
- Up to 9 TXs can be matched with the RX.
Note: For the initial pairing of the TX and RX, please refer to the user manual for specific instructions. To clear the pairing, press and hold the RX's RESET button for 5 seconds, then power off and restart the devices.
