To change the temperature scale from Fahrenheit to Celsius on the CDN DTC450 Digital Candy Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds.
2. The display will show the current temperature scale (either Fahrenheit or Celsius).
3. Release the MODE button when the desired temperature scale is displayed.
4. The thermometer will now display temperatures in the selected scale.
