To clear the high and low records on the SMARTRO SC42 hygrometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "UP" or "DOWN" button in normal mode to enter the 24hrs or All-time mode of the maximum and minimum values.
2. Hold the "UP" button to manually clear the high records of temperature and humidity currently being viewed. Dashes will display to confirm that you have cleared the records.
3. Hold the "DOWN" button to manually clear the low records of temperature and humidity currently being viewed. Dashes will display to confirm that you have cleared the records.
Please note that if the batteries are removed, the records will be erased automatically.
