To clean the Waterpik Water Flosser WP-320 Series, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
2. Clean the product when necessary using a soft cloth and mild non-abrasive cleanser.
3. The water reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and is top rack dishwasher safe.
4. If there are hard water deposits or general cleaning is needed, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to a full reservoir of warm water.
5. Point the handle and tip into the sink and turn the unit on until the reservoir is empty.
6. Rinse by repeating with a full reservoir of clean warm water.
7. This cleaning process should be done every 1 to 3 months to ensure optimal performance.
