To install the VANMASS CTEZ11 Dashboard Phone Holder Stand on your dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Clean the dashboard or windshield where you want to install the car phone mount using alcohol pads or a wet cloth. Make sure the surface is dry before proceeding.
2. If your dashboard is uneven or textured, you need to use the dashboard pad (included in the package). Tear off the red protective sticker on the pad and stick it to the dashboard. Press it firmly for over 1 minute, then let it rest for 1-3 days to ensure strong stickiness.
3. After installing the dashboard pad, wait for 24 hours before using the phone holder.
4. Attach the suction cup to the desired location on the dashboard or windshield. Rotate the base of the suction cup completely to fix it securely.
Please note that the suction cup should not be used on leather dashboard surfaces.
