The COMLIFE MLF009 Small USB Desk Fan is powered by USB and can be charged using a power bank, car charger, laptop, or wall adapter. The fan comes with a charging cable that can be connected to any USB port for charging. Simply plug one end of the cable into the fan and the other end into a USB power source. The fan does not have a built-in battery, so it needs to be connected to a power source to operate. Please refer to the user manual for more detailed instructions on charging the fan.
