To adjust the intensity of the electrical impulses on the Belifu AS8015 EMS Unit Muscle Stimulator, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by pressing the on/off switch on the top of the unit.
2. Choose the desired mode by touching the screen.
3. Touch the center button on the screen to control the A/B channel.
4. Gradually increase the intensity by pressing the "+" button on the side of the main device.
5. Decrease the intensity by pressing the "-" button on the side of the main device.
By pressing the "+" button, you can increase the intensity level to a comfortable level that suits your preference and needs. Similarly, you can decrease the intensity by pressing the "-" button if you find it too strong or uncomfortable. Adjust the intensity according to your comfort level and the desired effect you want to achieve during your muscle stimulation session.
