To update the firmware of your OKIOCAM OKL-S1 USB Document Camera, you can follow these steps:
1. Visit the OKIOCAM website at www.okiolabs.com/download.
2. Download the firmware update from the provided link.
3. Depending on your operating system, follow the firmware update guide for either Windows or macOS, which can also be found on the OKIOCAM website.
4. Install the firmware update according to the instructions provided in the guide.
By updating the firmware, you will ensure that all the buttons on your OKIOCAM have predefined functions and can work with third-party apps such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more. If the buttons on your OKIOCAM do not function as outlined in the manual, updating the firmware to the latest version is recommended.
Please note that OKIOCAMs purchased after late-January 2021 come with the new firmware pre-installed. However, if you purchased your OKIOCAM earlier, you will need to update the firmware manually.
