To charge your device using the BC 1.2 port on the Anker 10-Ports USB 3.0 Data Hub, follow these steps:
1. Connect your device to the BC 1.2 port on the hub using a USB cable.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power adapter or a computer USB port. Make sure to use a USB 3.0 cable.
3. Your device should start charging automatically without needing to press any buttons or switches on either your device or the hub itself.
4. If your device does not start charging automatically, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Connect your device to a different USB 3.0 port on your computer or power adapter.
- Try using another power adapter, as some adapters may not provide enough power for fast charging of certain devices, especially tablets.
5. If you are still unable to charge your device, refer to the user manual for further assistance or contact Anker support for troubleshooting help.
Note: The Anker 10-Ports USB 3.0 Data Hub supports fast charging up to 1.5A on the BC 1.2 port when connected with an active USB cable. When disconnected from a USB cable or when the computer is in sleep mode or powered off, the BC 1.2 port delivers a full-speed charge of up to 2A to all USB-enabled devices.
