To change the tips on the Ozito OWBK-30 Wood Burning Project Kit, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the tool is unplugged and completely cooled before changing the tips. This is important for your safety.
2. Carefully unscrew the current tip from the tool. It is recommended to use your fingers to loosen and tighten the tips, as using tools such as pliers can damage the threads.
3. Once the tip is completely cooled, you can swap it with the desired tip. Choose the tip that suits your project needs:
- The long edge tip is ideal for marking thin lines and wide, deeper lines.
- The pointed tip can be used for marking dotted patterns or lettering.
- The angled tip can be used for shadow marking.
- The branding tips can be used to make repeated pattern imprints.
- The hot knife tip is suitable for cutting foam or melting the ends of cords made of nylon or synthetic materials.
