To connect the UEX100E-KIT HDBaseT Extender Set to your devices, follow these steps:
1. Connect the Transmitter (UEX100E-TX) to your source device (e.g., PC) using the USB-B port.
2. Connect the Receiver (UEX100E-RX) to your display device (e.g., TV) using the USB-B port.
3. Connect the Transmitter and Receiver using a CAT cable terminated with the correct RJ45 pin configuration. Make sure to use a straight (pin-to-pin) CAT cable.
4. Connect the Transmitter and Receiver to power using the provided 24V/1.25A DC power supply and the 4-pin power supply connectors.
5. If you want to extend audio, connect the Analogue Audio L/R ports on both the Transmitter and Receiver using a 3.5mm stereo jack.
6. If you want to extend IR signals, connect the IR Input and IR Output ports on both the Transmitter and Receiver using a Blustream 5V 3.5mm IR receiver and emitter.
7. If you want to extend RS-232 signals, connect the RS-232 ports on both the Transmitter and Receiver using a 3-pin Phoenix connector.
8. If you want to extend Ethernet signals, connect the Ethernet ports on both the Transmitter and Receiver to your local network switch or ethernet port using RJ45 connectors.
