To pair the n-com B902 system with the Garmin Zumo XT and use it with your helmet, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the n-com B902 system and the Garmin Zumo XT are powered on and in pairing mode.
2. Refer to the user manual of the n-com B902 system and locate the chapter "GPS pairing up" for detailed instructions on how to pair the GPS navigator.
3. Follow the instructions provided in the manual to complete the pairing process between the n-com B902 and the Garmin Zumo XT.
4. Once the pairing is successful, the connection between the two devices will automatically occur when you switch on the n-com B902 system.
5. It is recommended to switch off the AUDIO PUSHBUTTONS on the Garmin Zumo XT. With AUDIO PUSHBUTTONS active, each command given on the Garmin will send an acoustic feedback signal to the connected n-com system, temporarily interrupting the playback of music or intercom communication between the helmets.
6. After pairing and connecting the navigator to the n-com system, you will be able to hear the audio signals coming from the Garmin Zumo XT in your helmet.
7. For the best performance, it is recommended to download the latest available firmware version of both the Garmin Zumo XT and the n-com system.
Note: If you want to use your mobile phone with the n-com B902 system, make sure to pair it as the MAIN DEVICE according to the instructions in the user manual. It is recommended to NOT pair and connect the mobile phone and navigator to each other. Incoming calls may temporarily interrupt the connection with the navigator, but you can enable the Audio Multitasking function (Android) as described in the n-com system's user manual to maintain GPS directions during a phone call.
You can also listen to music from the Garmin Zumo XT or your mobile phone through the n-com B902 system. During a GPS indication, the audio track may be temporarily paused. To maintain GPS directions while listening to music from your mobile phone, enable the Audio Multitasking function (Android) as explained in the n-com system's user manual.
If you are using the n-com B902 system in pair mode with another helmet, please note that during the intercom connection, you will not be able to listen to audio tracks coming from the navigator. However, you can listen to music from your mobile phone and share it with your passenger through the "Music Sharing" function (A2DP Sharing). During a GPS indication, the audio track will be temporarily paused, and the intercom connection will be temporarily suspended.
For more detailed information and instructions, please refer to the user manuals of both the n-com B902 system and the Garmin Zumo XT.
