To open the Phoenix DREAM1B Dream Home Safe for the first time, follow these steps:
1. Press either end of the override lock cover to remove it.
2. Insert the override key provided with the safe and turn it anticlockwise.
3. While holding the key in the unlock position, turn the dial on the outside of the keypad clockwise to retract the bolts.
4. The door can now be opened.
Please note that it is important not to keep the override keys inside the safe for security reasons.
