To connect a wired device to the Zigbee IO Module, follow these steps:
1. Identify the type of wired device you want to connect (e.g., doorbell, window blinds, security device, heat pump).
2. Locate the corresponding inputs and outputs on the IO Module. The inputs are labeled as IN1, IN2, IN3, and IN4, while the outputs are labeled as NO1, COM1, NC1 for Relay Output 1, and NO2, COM2, NC2 for Relay Output 2.
3. For the inputs, short the desired input to the IO Module GND (ground) to establish a connection.
4. For the outputs, connect the desired output to the corresponding device or component you want to control.
5. Ensure that the IO Module is powered by either a 5-28 V power supply or a USB power supply. If both are connected, the 5-28 V power supply takes precedence.
6. Once the connections are made, power up the IO Module and wait for it to search for a Zigbee network to join. The yellow LED will flash during this process.
7. Make sure that your Zigbee network is open for joining devices and will accept the IO Module.
8. Once the LED stops flashing, it indicates that the IO Module has successfully joined the Zigbee network.
Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed information and illustrations on connecting specific wired devices to the IO Module.
