To clean the Bestron AF357R Fryer with Cold Zone, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket and switch off the fryer by turning the On/Off - temperature control dial fully to the left.
2. Allow the fryer to cool down.
3. Remove the lid and the baskets.
4. Remove the inner pan and pour the oil or liquid fat into a receptacle. It is recommended to dispose of the oil or liquid fat at a designated collection point.
5. Use absorbent paper kitchen towel to remove any remaining oil from the pan.
6. Thoroughly clean the inside of the pan and baskets with hot water and a little washing-up liquid. Do not use scourers. Dry everything thoroughly.
7. Clean the housing with a damp cloth, if necessary with a few drops of washing-up liquid. After cleaning, dry the housing thoroughly.
8. Reassemble the appliance.
Note: Do not use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects to clean the appliance. Never immerse the heating element unit in water or another liquid and never place it under flowing water.
