To clean the interior of your Summit C30EL All-In-One Kitchen, use a solution of warm water and baking soda. Mix about 2 tablespoons of baking soda in a quart of water and use a soft cloth to clean the interior surfaces. For the shelves and rack, use a mild detergent solution.
For the exterior of the appliance, use mild detergent and warm water. Wring out excess water from the sponge or cloth when cleaning the control area or any electrical parts. Rinse well and dry with a clean soft cloth. Do not use steel wool or a steel brush on the cooktop.
It is important to clean the burners and reflector bowls regularly. Disconnect the power and turn off the Compact Kitchen before removing the burners and reflector bowls. Clean them with mild detergent and warm water. Do not immerse the burners in water.
To maintain the appliance, make sure it is properly leveled. Adjust the leveling legs at the bottom of the refrigerator to ensure it is level.
Remember to unplug the appliance before cleaning and maintenance operations.
