To calibrate the PC60-Z for pH measurement, follow these steps:
1. Rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it.
2. Pour a certain amount of pH 7.00 buffer solution into the corresponding calibration bottle.
3. Long press the power button to enter calibration mode.
4. Place the probe in the pH 7.00 buffer solution and shake it for a few seconds. Allow it to stand still in the solution until a stable reading is reached.
5. When the stable icon appears on the LCD screen, short press the power button to complete the 1st point calibration.
6. Rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it.
7. Long press the power button to enter calibration mode again.
8. Place the probe in pH 4.00 buffer solution and shake it for a few seconds. Allow it to stand still in the solution until a stable reading is reached.
9. When the stable icon appears on the LCD screen, short press the power button to complete the 2nd point calibration.
10. If necessary, rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it. You can also perform a 3rd point calibration using a pH 10.01 buffer solution (sold separately).
Note: The PC60-Z automatically recognizes pH buffer solutions. You can perform one-point, two-point, or three-point calibration. Make sure to follow the correct sequence of calibration points to avoid errors.
