To adjust the brightness and contrast of the monitor, press the "MENU" button on the device to activate the OSD menu. Use the "◄ / ►" buttons to navigate to the "PICTURE" sub-menu. Within the "PICTURE" sub-menu, you can adjust the brightness and contrast by selecting the respective options and using the "◄ / ►" buttons to increase or decrease the values. The brightness can be adjusted between 0-100, and the contrast can be adjusted between 0-100. Once you have made the desired adjustments, press the "EXIT" button to return to the main menu.
