To install the ROBUS RDKX12CCT3E-01 Duke2 4 Wattages Selectable LED Batten, please follow the instructions provided in the manual:
1. Ensure the mains supply is switched off before starting the installation.
2. Select a suitable location for the luminaire.
3. Make sure the power supply cord is not exposed to mechanical damage.
4. Disassemble the fitting base from the fitting.
5. Mark the appropriate fixing hole positions on the wall and check for buried cables, pipes, and other building services before drilling.
6. Drill holes in the wall and insert the wall plugs. Feed the supply cables through the cable entry hole and attach the base to the wall.
7. Feed the supply cables through the cable entry hole and attach the base to the brackets. Use a gland to ensure an IP65 rating.
8. Write the installation date on the battery and connect the battery.
9. Connect the wires from the un-switched supply to the terminals: Brown/Live to PL, Blue/Neutral to N, and Green/Yellow to earth. For fitting always on, link terminal "SL" to terminal "PL". When controlled by a switch, connect the switched live wire to terminal SL and permanent live to PL. Note: If the "SL" terminal is not connected, the fitting works as non-maintained.
10. Move the switch on the metal tray to select the color temperature: 3000K, 4000K, or 6500K. Then choose the wattage on the driver via the DIP switch: 18W, 26W, 32W, or 39W. WARNING: Do not change the setting when the fitting is on!
11. Refit the front diffuser to the base and xxxx it firmly using one xxxx .
12. Press down the tabs to the reset position on the ends of the fitting and ensure that it fits securely.
Please note that the installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
