To switch between using the Midea 2 in 1 MVC-SC861R and MVC-SC861B Vacuum Cleaner as a handheld and floor vacuum cleaner, follow these steps:
1. For handheld use:
- Remove all parts from the packaging and ensure that the appliance is fully assembled.
- Plug in the power cord and set the On/Off switch to the "I" position.
- You can use the vacuum cleaner without any nozzle attachment or attach one of the provided nozzles to the suction opening.
- Move the suction opening or nozzle over the surface to be cleaned.
- After finishing vacuuming, set the On/Off switch to "0" and unplug the power cord.
2. For floor use:
- Open the little flap on the handle of the handheld vacuum cleaner.
- Insert the rod handle into the opening in the handle and push it in as far as it will go.
- Press the flap against the adapter so that it snaps into place.
- The vacuum cleaner is now ready to be used as a floor vacuum cleaner.
- Follow the same steps as mentioned above for handheld use, but now you can use the floor nozzle attachment for cleaning carpets and smooth floors.
Remember to always check that all parts are fully assembled and all filters are correctly inserted before switching on the vacuum cleaner.
