To place a call using the Polycom VVX 310 Business Media Phone, you have several options:
1. Pick up the handset, press the speakerphone button, or press the headset button. Then, enter the phone number using the dial pad and press the "Send" button.
2. Alternatively, you can enter the phone number using the dial pad and press the "Dial" button. Then, pick up the handset, press the speakerphone button, or press the headset button to initiate the call.
3. From the Lines screen, press the Line key corresponding to the line you want to use. Enter the phone number using the dial pad and select "Send" to place the call.
4. You can also select a favorite from the Home screen or choose a contact from the Recent Calls list or Contact Directory. Simply select the desired option and then select "Dial" to initiate the call.
