To adjust the head size of the helmet, follow these steps:
1. Ratchet fastener variant: If your helmet has a ratchet fastener, you can adjust it to a smaller head size by pushing both ends of the headband together at the back of the head to the desired width. To adjust it to a larger head size, lightly press the headband together at the two "press" markings and pull the headband halves apart to the desired width.
2. Turn lock variant: If your helmet has a turn lock, you can make the head width narrower or wider by turning the rotary xxxx clockwise or counterclockwise.
It is important to ensure that the helmet fits or is adjusted to the user's head size for safe protection.
