To switch on the beper 90.131 Kitchen Scale, press the zero/tare button located on the front side of the scale. Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to choose the working mode. You can then press the button consecutively to quickly switch between modes. The scale has three working modes: weight, milk, and water. To select the desired mode, press the zero/tare button shortly after entering the mode selection. The LCD display will indicate the selected mode. Please refer to figures B and C in the instruction manual for visual guidance.
