To install the Kirby 211203 Drop-In Packaged Refrigeration Unit, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the unit is placed in a suitable location with proper ventilation and clearance around it.
2. Connect the unit to the power supply using the provided 3-pin domestic cable plug.
3. Make sure that the refrigerant charge is correct for the unit. Refer to the Performance Data table in the user guide for the recommended refrigerant charge.
4. Connect the unit to the evaporator coil, condenser coil, and room temperature probes using the provided temperature probes.
5. Ensure that all tubes in the top half of the unit are properly modified and re-modeled for optimal performance.
6. Install tube support and saddles for the drier to reduce vibration and noise.
7. For low temperature units, make sure that a suction accumulator is properly fitted.
8. Ensure that the unit is fully wired and all electrical connections are secure.
9. Check that the unit is encapsulated with pressure controls for added safety.
10. Install the high efficiency internal float oil separator that comes with the unit.
11. Double-check all connections and ensure that everything is properly installed and secured.
12. Once the installation is complete, the unit is ready to run.
